Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

We know that you can't always get it right first time especially when buying footwear online so we have a relaxed return policy.

We need to be able to sell any items returned as new so please make sure that any items returned are unused and clean with all the original packaging intact.

We offer a 21 day returns period but don't worry if you run over this a little, we just ask that any items coming back are sent back sooner rather than later as we need to get them listed for sale again.

We do not pay any return postage costs so you will need to cover the cost of returns, the post office is usually the best service for sending small to medium parcels back but there are many parcel brokers that will work too.

The Royal Mail Click & Drop service is a fast and good value way to return most items if you have access to a printer at home. This service is not operated by us.

Once we have the item back we will check it and exchange the size or process the refund as fast as we can.

If you think there is a manufacturing issue with a product bought from us then please email us with a description and photos of any issue and the proof of purchase. info@backcountryuk.com

For UK orders we will refund the original outward postage at our basic postage cost, or if we are exchanging the size we normally send out the replacement at no extra cost (highlands & Islands may be an exception to this)

We can't refund the outward shipping cost for international returns

A multi-talented touring boot, the all-round Atomic Backland XTD Carbon 115 W is the ultimate answer for female skiers looking for a stiff flex in a boot that can climb anything. Designed to drive wider touring skis and walk with efficiency, the 100mm medium last is constructed with Prolite, which uses the slimmest profile possible and then reinforces key power zones to create a supremely lightweight, stable boot. The open-throat and semi-overlap shell construction improves step-in/out and foot wrapping while Memory Fit provides advanced heating technology to allow for a fully personalized shell, cuff, and liner. A breathable, washable, PVC free 3D Platinum Tour Liner surrounds the foot for a premium, long-lasting fit. A full-rubber touring norm sole makes it compatible with Atomic Shift, and all MN, MNC and Pin bindings. With epic natural movement and 74° of cuff rotation that allows the foot to move naturally yet retains a secure and powerful foot hold, the hard-flexing Backland XTD Carbon 115 W offers the best skiing and most versatility of any women’s Backland boot.
